Wendell Raulston

Starting as a freelancer for WITN in 2015, Wendell Raulston joined the staff full time in 2018 as a Senior Producer/ Technical Advisor. In 2019, he was promoted to Deputy Station Manager. Before joining the WITN team, Wendell worked as a freelancer in film and television for 10 years. His show credits include ESPN’s Sunday Countdown, Celebrity Wife Swap, and TruTv’s Forensic Files. Wendell is a 2006 graduate of Temple University’s Film and Media Arts program.

Amanda R. Robins

Amanda Robins joined WITN in May of 2019. She served as the Lead Producer/Set Designer on Everyday People with India Sage, and currently Lead Produces Wilmington City Council Meetings and Wilmington City Council Committee Meetings. She is also actively involved in the production of 22 News Feature stories.

Amanda was born and raised in the City of Wilmington. She started her media career as a Set Designer on independent films and web series in Los Angeles, and then relocated to Baltimore to work as the Set Decorating Assistant for Netflix’s House of Cards season one. She has worked in a freelance capacity along the east coast as a Production Assistant/Art Department Assistant on reality and scripted television shows including The Amazing Race, Brew Dogs, Undercover Boss, and others.

Amanda graduated magna cum laude from Towson University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media and Film (Film Concentration).

Saquan Stimpson

Saquan Stimpson joined the WITN team in January 2017. He develops and produces content for WITN social media platforms, as well as television.

Saquan photographs a variety of City Council Members, to accurately depict the council members duties in their communities. He produces, edits short news style videos, and tweets images live from the field. Saquan also keeps WITN social media updated “organically” by posting created content to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. He monitors social media traffic and grows the platforms.

Saquan also performs broadcast duties for city Council or committee meetings TV Broadcast as needed. He regularly updates WITN22 website, while also handling communications with web developer “if needed.” He monitors City Council and Committee meetings via Zoom platform and YouTube, and builds meaningful relationships with community organizations that helps produce new content. Saquan also distributes City Council and Committee meetings LIVE meeting links from YouTube to Facebook and Twitter and assists other producers with their production of content.
