Mayor Purzycki Celebrates The Dermatology Specialists Expansion into Wilmington’s Downtown Business District

Mayor Mike Purzycki warmly welcomes The Dermatology Specialists to the bustling Downtown Business District of Wilmington. This renowned dermatology group, one of the largest in the Northeast, has expanded its reach by inaugurating its second location in Delaware at 801 North Market Street.

In a celebratory event on Monday, Mayor Purzycki, alongside Dr. Michael Saruk, Mark Seward, and Gil Messer of The Dermatology Specialists, Mike Maggitti of Downtown Visions, and Robert Herrera and Robert Snowberger of the Ninth Street Development Company, gathered with invited guests and members of the public for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This ceremony marked the official introduction of The Dermatology Specialists to Wilmington’s vibrant business landscape.

Occupying the former premises of CVS Pharmacy, Inc., at 801 North Market, this New York-based dermatology practice has extended its presence into Delaware, recognizing the growing demand for dermatological services in the city. This marks the 47th location for The Dermatology Specialists, solidifying its commitment to providing quality care across the region.

Reflecting on the revitalization of Market Street over recent years, Mayor Purzycki expressed his gratitude to the visionaries behind the project and warmly welcomed The Dermatology Specialists as a valuable addition to the community.
