March 22, 2019

Market Street is running on Dunkin’ and everyone is invited to the Grand Opening

Wilmington Mayor Mike Purzycki  joined owners Bhupen and Falguni Patel, City Council Member Michelle Harlee (4th District), Downtown Visions Executive Director Martin Hageman, and other invited guests for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, March 22, 2019, to officially open the City’s Wilmington’s newest Dunkin’, located at 701 North Market in the Downtown Business District. The new Dunkin’ is located in a refurbished historic building at Seventh and Market streets. To mark the occasion, Dunkin’ offered customers a 99-cent medium hot coffee or iced coffee with proceeds benefiting The Wilmington Library. Also, customers who brought canned goods to donate to the Food Bank of Delaware receive a free medium coffee. The grand opening celebration also included a live DJ, face painting, raffles, and prizes.
